A gem of an album for the brownies. Since I have tons of Ween bootlegs, I thought this one wouldn't stand a chance: it's old, it's got none of the "newer" hits (transdermal celebration, mutilated lips, buenas tardes and so on). plus, the equipment they had back then (a DAT ?) would not allow for a real full-blast chocolate-dripping-from-the-walls live Ween experience. But of course I'm a moron. Because that's the thing! This is Ween fresher than ever, barely out of their attic, smoked brainless and fun! Jokes, mistakes, crowd talk, requests and brilliance. Ween. This is what I love them for.
