Some songs are missing. Sorry about that. Trilulilu.ro lost them during one of their many plastic surgeries.
You may have some luck
here.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

John: "Who the fuck is that messing with my song?"

Here's a little tribute to one of the most surprising songs in the Beatles catalog. For me anyway. It surprised me because I had never expected these four fabulous favorites to ever sound so menacing AND playful at the same time. This is the torture scene in Reservoir Dogs, man. This is almost Ween!
And yeah, the central line in the song is taken from Elvis, and yeah John loathed this song and never recovered from ever writing it, and yeah, George loved it, and yeah, that's why I love George. In for the penny, in for the pound, John. The song is great, stop squirming.

The first cover done by Nancy is as close to the original as you can get, without hurting yourself. It sounds good, but it's no shocker. Nothing much was taken, but nothing much was added.

Nancy Sinatra - Run For Your Life

The second one, by Cowboy Junkies, was no shocker either, but it was a no-shock of a different kind, I don't know, maybe the 4th. I mean it's slower and I saw that coming because it's Cowboy Junkies. What I didn't see coming though, was those drunks barking in the background. Now, what is that? Did I need that, does that improve perfection, is that what was missing?
Nope. It's just annoying. Bad judgment call. The song could have easily done without that. Try to ignore it if you can and you've got yourself a pretty neat cover (which lacks the humor and playfulness, but then again: Cowboy Junkies.)

Cowboy Junkies - Run For Your Life

Now the third one...what can I say? Listen to this:

Lara and the trailers - Run for your life

Makes you wanna go to the bathroom all over yourself, doesn't it?

There are other covers out there, none of which are really worth mentioning. I would like to mention, however, that some of the most interesting covers of this song can be found on Youtube, one of which you should definitely check out. I think the first comment this guy has got pretty much sums it up.
