In short: what this guy did back in 2006 was he went to the shop, bought Hilton's new album, took it home, scanned the whole thing, toyed with the cover, booklet AND cd a bit (Gnarls Barkley's Danger Mouse took care of the cd), printed the thing, burned the cd, packed it back, went back to the shop and put the cd on the shelves. 500 of them. In 40-something stores. People bought the album. It was hilarious. Now that album can be found on Amazon and it's worth a lot more than originally intended, which is not so hard when you think about it: it was worthless to begin with.
